Testimonials from 2026 WoW Members

I’ve been part of the WOW Business & Social Network for over six years, and I absolutely love it.

The energy that founder Jen brings to every event is infectious. She has a way of making everyone feel welcome, seen and inspired from the moment you walk in.

The events are intimate enough to allow for genuine conversations, where you can truly give people your time and form meaningful connections with other local women in business.

WOW has played a huge role in helping me build strong networks and, more recently, has given me a real confidence boost during my latest business pivot.

If you’re looking for connection, support and a community that genuinely lifts women up, WOW is all this and more.

Found out about WoW early in 2025. and quickly joined.  WoW members are a diverse group of mainly business women who are very welcoming.

As a sole proprietor, I have enjoyed attending functions at a variety of venues and connecting with members and visitors.

The Members only December 2025 lunch at Vaporetto was a great celebration to end the year.

Diane Beddison - Beddison Garden Designs.

My business (Wolf & Turner Travel Associates) has been a member since August 2024 and we have attended most of the events that have been held.  We really enjoy the welcoming and casual nature of WOW, have made some lvely connections and built supportive relationships within the community.  If you are looking for a 'grou' to join, make this your NY resolution and reach out to Jen Brosnan (Founder of WoW).

Thanks Jennifer for creating this awesome business and social networking group.  I immediately felt welcomed in this group and always enjoy the lunches and networking.

I have been a business member since 2023 and made some excellent connetions, lots of referrals, as well as meeting lovely new women and making friendships.

I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere whilst supporting other women in their businesses as well as promotion my own business Delux Blinds.

Sarah McConnell.  Dulux Blinds.

So glad that i was courageous enough to come along and then join the WoW Business and Social Network group.  As a new small business owner it was a great way for me to meet women in the area and also get used to talking about and promoting my business. It's a very welcoming and supportive group with plenty of options to join dinner or lunch events.  I've met some amazing women and made some beautiful friends.  Thank you!

Samantha Todero.  Breastwear.

In 2022, I stepped into the world of small business, and in my first week i attended a WoW Business and Social network event.  The emphasis is on relationship building and that comes across so strongly.  The commitment is there to hearing everyone's story.

I have found it to be a nururing environment with everyone interested in everyone else.  Networking adds such value especially if you have a small business and are working from home.

WoW have a variety of events that are fun, provide great opportunities to meet interesting people, hear their story and tell yours.  Im looking forward to attending more events in 2026.

Ann Elkins.  MoneyQuest Kew.

I joined WoW in mid 2021 and have attended various lunch and dinner networking events over time.  As a photographer, it has been great to connect with women in the local community as well as foster genuine opportunites for future business referrals.  I recently had a GP clinic contact me to do their headshots after finding me on the WoW Business Directory.  This then lead to further photo work.  I have also had women contact me to discuss their photography requirements after some networking events.

Building a business takes time and you can't always expect referrals to come flooding in the moment you join a networking group.  WoW is not "salesy".  However, if you foster genuine connections with people and build the "know, like and trust" factor, they will be your biggest cheerleaders and send the referrals your way!
