We are a welcoming female-focused Business and Social Network founded by Jennifer Brosnan to help women connect, collaborate, build relationships, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
Founded in 2015, WoW was established to support women in business and provide a space where professional and social connections could grow naturally. Over the years, we have helped small businesses thrive, introduced women to new opportunities, and created a community where women feel comfortable being themselves. Based in Melbourne's East, we welcome women from all over Melbourne who are looking to connect in a welcoming, relaxed and supportive environment.
Our Story
WoW began with a simple idea: women benefit from having a place where they can meet, share ideas and support one another without pressure. Since then, we have grown into a trusted network that brings women together for both business and social connection.
We predominantly attract women who:
- Want to promote a business or not-for-profit organisation.
- Are looking to generate new leads.
- Are interested in making new connections in business.
- Want to meet like-minded women in a casual and friendly setting.
Our events are intentionally social and informal. There are no KPIs, hard sells, or pressure to perform. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful opportunities for women to connect in a way that feels genuine, enjoyable and valuable.
